“Perfect stay... incredible view and nice accommodation. Perfect location as there is 3 nights at least with a possible local night out in the area, walking or water taxi. If not hiring a car, you need to be prepared to walk up and down a little. We liked it as it kept us in shape ;-) for a first time it is good without. Next time we will hire a car as we will definetly go back. Peter ans Doris are adorable... there for anything you need. Paradise as you can think of... even going down you have a shared private deck to watch sunset and swim. One of our coup de Cœur.”

“This place is amazing. The view is spectacular, it’s close to everything and Johanna is a tremendous host. We stayed for 7 days and had a truly great time. Johanna takes you to the grocery store to stock up, which is a great way to save some money and feel like you aren’t required to go out to eat every meal. We also used Johanna to book a few tours which were excellent. The private island tour and the sunset cruise were well worth the extra money. The unit itself is as advertised and has everything you need for your stay. The hill is no joke. My girlfriend and I are both fit and we were sweating walking up it every night, but it was nice to get some exercise everyday. We are definitely planning to return.”

“Hands down, Caundi’s hospitality is unmatched! From arranging a taxi to pick us up from the airport to take us to the police station for a temporary drivers license and then to her property where she had the car ready for us to rent, she was there every step of the way to make sure we knew exactly what to do and where to go! The view from her home is breathtaking. She only has two neighbors so you’re surrounded by nature. Absolutely beautiful! Her home is impeccably clean and has more than enough space to fit a larger group! My boyfriend and I only used one bedroom and bathroom out of the two bedrooms and bathrooms that were available for us to use! The kitchen is fully stocked with cleaning and cooking supplies if you want to cook even though you should definitely try the local food! It is named the spice island of the a Caribbeans after all! You definitely need a car if you’re staying here and I would recommend renting from Caundi for convenience and pricing! She does offer a great deal. The only thing I would heed is for those who aren’t savvy driving. The path from the main road to her home is narrow and steep so it’s not for the faint hearted! Caundi was constantly checking on us to see if we needed suggestions of places to see or eat! She was even sweet enough to check on us and make sure we were okay when she noticed we were out super late. So incredibly endearing. Caundi treated us like family!”
