The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

The Val Mulet Swordfish

Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

I offer you our lovely 75 m2 apartment for rent. ♥️ I have carefully equipped and decorated it to make you and your family feel as good as we do. It is conveniently located 200 m from the sea, it is a real joy to enjoy Barneville Plage and its surroundings. Our fully renovated accommodation is on the 2nd floor without elevator access. Entrance, toilet, kitchen/dining area and living room on the first level. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Perfect location to unwind!
