Very elegant and comfy 2 bedrooms flat. 100 sq meters well located in a great area called Batignolles, close to South Pigalle, Moulin Rouge and Montmartre. Subway, buses, food store and all commodities just downstairs! Montmartre is 10 minutes walk from home, Champs Elysées direct by subway in 5 stations. This exceptional space, located in Montmartre, was first a painter's studio before becoming a charming apartment. On one side, the living room offers a view of Amélie Poulain's grocery store. On the other side, the bedroom has a clear view, facing south. It is equipped with an air conditioner. The apartment is at the groundfloor. There are no flights of stairs to get to it.
