Our house is located 5 km from Remalard, and 3 km from Conde sur Huisne train station (direct from Paris Montparnasse), 15 min from Belleme and Mortagne. Country atmosphere, fireplaces, pellet stove and old stones. From the house, many walks in the woods, or by bike.

Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.
