We thought of it as a family home, warm, practical and beautiful. This house will be the most pleasant for your family stays, 300 m from the beach of Saint Germain sur Ay (3 min on foot walking quietly with a towel on your shoulder😂) and by bike you will surely take 30 seconds😊! Live with us as you will live at home, with respect and joy!

Cottage on the edge of the harbor

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has three bedrooms, the first with a 140*190 bed. The second has two single 90*190 beds that can be brought together. The third is equipped with a bunk bed and a baby bed. Its washing machine, TV and appliances give a modern side to this cottage that we wanted to be simple. Everything is on a fenced plot with barbecue, 2 children's bikes, a trailer for toddlers and adult mountain bikes.

We are located in the beautiful Normandy countryside, our cottage has recently been renovated to a very high standard offering a comfortable stay, we are only 5 minutes from the nearest market town of Gavray and 15 minutes from the nearest beaches, there are many places to visit in Normandy and we are centrally located to visit them all. We have a beautiful enclosed garden, safe for your children and for you to relax in.

Sciotot: The barn – access to the sea

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small house called "La Grange", old, with character, semi-detached, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.

Welcome to our charming 25 m² wooden studio "Le Petit Chalet de la Plage", carefully decorated. Ideally located just 300 meters from Portbail Beach, this independent accommodation offers a peaceful and intimate setting, perfect for a seaside getaway. Nestled on a private plot where our family home is also located (also offered for rent), this small house is carefully managed by a concierge in our absence.

Our pretty little house, completely renovated, is close to the beach, less than 2 km away, and not far from the landing beaches and museums. Our place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, or families with kids. We will do anything to make you feel at home!
