Holiday rentals with beach access in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay

Beautiful stay! The accommodation is beautiful, furnished and tastefully decorated, very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine and dryer) and with all the necessary comforts (wifi, kitchen and cleaning products, sheets, towels, etc.). The location is ideal, all walks and activities are within walking distance, such as beaches, the city center and Les Halles. Yves Marie is an available host, responsive, very accommodating! We'll definitely be back!

Brilliant stay! A stone's throw to a beautiful beach and lots of great restaurants, bars, creperies etc. Flat had everything we needed and was perfect for our family of 4. Wish we could have stayed longer, glad I've found this place for the next time we visit Saint Malo.

We had a pleasant stay in this comfortable loft flat. It is well equipped and feels very homely. There is a beautiful view of the bay from the bedroom window. The flat is ideally situated to make walking into St Helier and St Aubin, along the spectacular beach promenade, very accessible. There is a bus stop in either direction almost on the door step. It had everything we needed for a lovely holiday. Thank you.

We were travelling with bicycles and Yann’s place was perfect for us to start our cycle trip around Brittany. It’s a very short way from the ferry arrivals which was useful for our late arrival, secure bike storage area and lots on space in the living area for all of our bags. Irene’s place and the location were wonderful! Spacious house with comfortable large living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Bedroom has beautiful sea views. There is a private patio with outdoor seating great for enjoying the sunshine. Short drive from cafes, restaurants and supermarket. Irene was quite accommodating at checking and checkout, great communication and excellent host.

Very nice character house with an amazing view. We were 9 adults and we felt like we were at home, we were even able to enjoy the garden for lunch. A few minutes from the beach, the location is ideal. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms are very comfortable. We plan to be back!

We had a very pleasant weekend in Sylvie's accommodation which perfectly matched the description, we were hosted very well. Well-equipped and a nice decoration. A stone's throw from the beach and shops without using the car. Sylvie is a pleasant and responsive host. We recommend this property!

Charline, was a wonderful host, very helpful. The house was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable. It was a great base for all things D Day related or if you wanted walks and the beach, which was just behind the house. We spent 4 very happy days there. Would definitely use it again or recommend to family and friends.

Presence of Patrick and Irene upon arrival, warm welcome much appreciated. At our disposal to ensure we had a nice stay. Beautiful and large house to accommodate a large family (6 people), without disturbing each other, beautiful living space, both on the ground floor and upstairs (mezzanine). The rooms are spacious, with plenty of storage. The house is well decorated, tasteful, it feels good, beautiful energy. The large modern kitchen is at the TOP, with many new quality amenities. When the sun was out, we were able to have our meals in the garden, which was very well maintained and pleasant. Everything has been well thought out and designed so that we didn't miss anything, and "enjoy" our vacation. From the living area, very nice sea view. Sea and nearby businesses, on foot. We had a great time at Annick's place, the location is ideal for visiting Saint Malo or Mont Saint Michel, there are also hiking trails and beautiful beaches nearby. Thanks to Annick for hosting us.

Bright, clean, well-equipped and good location. Comfortable bedding. A downside for those who sleep with the window open: noisy neighborhood, party people, delivery trucks. Otherwise, window closed, sound insulation ok. Free parking on Avenue des Terre neuviers, 8 minutes walk. Great hosting.

The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience to the terrace with a lot of opposite but overall we are very satisfied!

Apartment as described and very clean. Very well located: Saint-Malo intramuros 10 minutes walk, Sillon beach on the other side of the road... Gérard and Liliane were always very responsive in the exchanges. Marie-Claire was also very pleasant in the management of departure and check-in. In short, we had a great stay. Too short this time. Christophe was friendly and available. Following damage to the apartment originally chosen, he offered us a new, smaller but very suitable intra-muros accommodation. He was able to find a solution with Catherine the old one of our departure so that we could have a pleasant stay. Thank you for everything.

A pleasant stay at Christianne and Michel's. Lovely hosts,a warm welcome. They took time to receive us and show us around. A super clean accommodation. Very quiet. All the necessary equipment to cook. Shower products and towels available. Essential grocery store in abundance . In short,we who came back from a stay in a cottage in France with a single dishwasher tablet for a week and 2 tea towels warmed our hearts! We recommend without hesitation!

This is a lovely place, we would stay here again. The description and pictures in the listing are accurate. Beatrice was a great host, she met us when we got there and gave us a thorough orientation to the apartment. We had everything we needed there, we did pay the extra 10 euros for linens. There was a lot of room for us including lots of storage space. We highly recommend this place.
