Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains

We had a lovely stay at Serinas Chalet! A group of us went to Samoens for a ski trip and the walk to the ski lift through the forest was a great way to start the day and coming back to the chalet and putting the fire place on was the perfect ending!

Very friendly and helpful hosts, and a pretty, family-friendly place with a gorgeous view. Very easy to access by public transport (or car) and with stores and a bakery a short walk away.

Thank you to Carmel and Yves for your kindness, authenticity and kindness, your beautiful and peaceful accommodation allowed us to spend wonderful moments of friendship and ... with the beautiful weather we were able to enjoy a magnificent terrace with a magical view. This was a lovely chalet with the most incredible views. Lots of space and the bonus of toys for our 6/9 year old grand children. We found having a car great to drive them 7 minutes to ski school but there were ski buses. Shops within a 10 minute walk. For us the nursery slope with a drag lift 2 minutes walk at the end of the road for tobogganing/skiing was a massive bonus for late afternoon fun. What more can you say when your 9 year old grandson says it was the best holiday he had ever had a didn’t want to leave (neither did we).

The stay with Amandine went very well! The setting of the accommodation is quiet and very nice, the accommodation is spacious and clean.

Very nice house for our family stay with the possibility of having a space for each group. Spacious and comfortable living room for our group (10 people). The Property is very well located near the lake and the bike path. Marina is responsive and has adapted to our check-in and check-out times.

We had a great time at Christophe's place. The accommodation is very clean and very functional, with a quiet terrace and garden, with views of the mountains, for relaxing moments. Its location makes it easy to get to iconic sites or mountain hikes. Christophe is a considerate and very pleasant host, who loves and knows his region perfectly and is always ready to give good advice. We will be delighted to stay there again. We highly recommend Christophe's place.

Josiane's place is undoubtedly the best we've had the opportunity to discover among the twenty or so Airbnb listings we've tested! The apartment is extremely clean, perfectly equipped and very comfortable. Josiane's welcome was impeccable: warm, available and attentive. The location is ideal: beautiful hikes are accessible nearby, the charming town of Annecy is only 30 minutes away, and a ski resort is just 10 minutes away by car. Another convenient point: an Intermarché is just a 5-minute walk away, making the stay even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to Josiane for her exceptional hospitality and for making our stay so pleasant. We'll be happy to go back!

A home with everything we needed. The dishes, the sponge, the tea towels everything was there to feel at home. The bathroom is sublime and the place is spotless! The location makes it easy to get out on Morzine in a few minutes and without a car. Garage is really a plus. During our next visit to Morzine we already know where we will stay.

Joanne is a great host. She was able to troubleshoot us at the last moment following a bad experience in another listing. She gave us tips for restaurants and other things to do nearby. The accommodation is very clean, well decorated, very cocooning, it feels good. The bed is large and very comfortable. The kitchen is complete, there is a dishwasher and washing machine if needed in the bathroom. From the terrace you have views of the mountain. You can spend your nights in Joanne's place without a second thought!

We had a great stay at Paul’s apartment over the long Easter weekend. The apartment is perfect for two couples or a family, with all the amenities as described. We skied every day up in avoriaz due to it being late season, the apartment is a short walk from the bus stop which takes you to the bottom of the main lift up to the ski area. There is also plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance down in Morzine centre. Would highly recommend

Welcoming and available hosts. Ideal accommodation for a couple, very well equipped, tastefully decorated and clean. Very nice view of the mountains, peaceful outdoor area for lunch, dinner and aperitivo. Well located close to Lake Annecy, La Clusaz, restaurants and all shops. We had an ideal week in the mountains.

This was a great location and very quiet- except for the birds singing early every morning 🤣! Close to everything and very clean comfortable and convenient for our stay. Hope to return next year!

The listing is as described. There is everything you need for a great stay. In addition, it is at the foot of the slopes, close to shops, and a great view of the mountains and the sun. It is spacious and has plenty of storage which is not often the case. Thanks to Thierry for responding so quickly. I would recommned this property

A great flat - lovely high ceilings and wooden atmosphere

Great apartment with plenty of room for 4 adults, in a very good location with bus stops close by for the Pleney or Prodains express. Only a 10 min walk to the supermarket or centre. Nick was always very responsive and helpful. Would stay again if I return to Morzine

Great place to stay little crowded for 4 people great for 2, has everything you need and walking distance to everything.

Samuel's place is spacious, well equipped and functional. Big plus for the terrace with mountain views! It is also well located, very central, with 40min access to Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval, 40min to Geneva and 50min to Chamonix by car. There is also a few minutes drive away a large supermarket (Super U), great restaurants nearby and a very good cheese shop in Marnaz (Amélie's cheeses). We had a lovely stay and Samuel's welcome and responsiveness were exemplary!
