We are delighted to welcome you to our lovely 29 m2 apartment with a natural and cocooning design. Located in St Gervais in the city center in a very quiet residence with elevator. A stone's throw from the Mont Blanc tram, close to Chamonix, Megève, Annecy, Italy and Switzerland. The apartment is fully equipped, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, TV... It has a balcony, a covered and closed garage in the residence, a ski and bike room.

Please note, however, the apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties (slope trails and stairs).

Small 12 m2 cottage located in a natural setting away from everything and close to the Bettex ski resort giving access to many hikes. Composed of a small living room for 2 people and a bathroom with toilet and small bathtub.
