Lovely house ((50m2) close to shops, the beach, and the train station. Put your bags down, you no longer need to take the car! You will appreciate this place for its calm, because this pretty little house is protected at the bottom of a alley with a pretty south-facing garden, enclosed by walls. It consists of a ground floor bedroom with a 140 bed. A mezzanine ( ** miller's ladder, not suitable for young children) with two 90 beds, and a shower room.

The house is an architect house of the 70s, with beautiful volumes, completely renovated in 2018 and decorated with care. 2 terraces of 35 m2 each line the edge of the house, and several garden furniture allow you to enjoy the sun or take cover depending on the weather. Large openings bring exceptional clarity to the house: the large master bedroom is through, overlooking the 2 terraces and the 2nd bedroom overlooks the south-facing terrace.
