Au rdc, se trouve la cuisine équipée avec coin repas et salon ainsi qu’un wc. À l’etage se trouve 2 chambres, une avec lit double, et une avec lit simple. La sdb comprend une douche, lavabo, wc, et rangements. Derrière, une grande terrasse aménagée pour profiter de la vie à l’extérieure. Un lit parapluie pour bébé est disponible.

Ker Maïan – House close to the sea

Between the Gulf of Morbihan and the Atlantic Ocean, our house is a family landmark. Ideally located in the heart of the village of Saint Gildas de Rhuys, its peaceful location will allow you to do everything on foot or by bike. You will be close to all amenities (60 m from the tourist office, 150 m from the bakery, 500 m from the grocery store and market). Beaches are less than 1 km away. For our comfort and yours, the house and its garden were completely renovated in 2023.

Our modern and fully equipped accommodation is located in the pretty hamlet of Kersaux in Saint Gildas de Rhuys, just 2 km from the sea. Halfway between the ocean and the Gulf of Morbihan, it is a real haven of peace where you will spend a beautiful holiday! The bike paths leave directly from the house to cross the peninsula. It is 48m2 and is adjoining our main house. Guests can enjoy the terrace of 20m2 in the sun as well as the adjoining garden

La Cachette Perdue, 300 metres from the beach, the port, this atypical small studio apartment has everything you need to relax as a couple. Mini hammam in shower, 2x seater bathtub (which is replacing the Nordic bath in photo 1) , 5.1 home cinema in the bedroom. *To have a pleasant stay in summer and winter, we lend two bicycles at no extra cost. The house is an architect house of the 70s, with beautiful volumes, completely renovated in 2018 and decorated with care. 2 terraces of 35 m2 each line the edge of the house, and several garden furniture allow you to enjoy the sun or take cover depending on the weather. Large openings bring exceptional clarity to the house: the large master bedroom is through, overlooking the 2 terraces and the 2nd bedroom overlooks the south-facing terrace.

Welcome to an independent 50 m² accommodation, carefully decorated, and equipped with its private infrared sauna cabin! Added as an extension to our main residence, it was made of wood frame. You will have the entire front part of our garden, flowery and shaded, and your private parking space; we are located along one of many cycling trails on the beautiful Rhuys Peninsula, between the ocean beaches, and the Gulf of Morbihan...

My paradise, is my apartment facing the ocean, in a beautifully wooded, quiet and paradise residence. With direct access to the beach (located 300 meters away), coastal paths and the small port. A private tennis court for athletes. Ideally located a few minutes walk from the center of St Gildas de Rhuys, its shops and its abbey. And ideally located on the peninsula and its tourist places. 30 kilometers from Vannes.
