A beautiful appartment with a small balcony and a big terrace with lovely flowers and plants. The appartment is conveniently reachable by public transportation and also allows to explore Brussels by foot. Daan is very friendly and responsive. A special plus is also the offer of snacks and drinks in the appartment. Our tip: In the evening, go to the top of „Parc de Forest“ (10min from the appartment by foot) and enjoy the sunset in the company of wild parrots!

I stayed here for three weeks while working in Brussels and really enjoyed my time in Nicolas’ apartment. It's a nice place and a great location. Nicolas was also super helpful in adjusting the dates, and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, very well situated, the studio is peaceful and quiet and when you go out you are in the most vibrant area of Brussels. The place feels bigger than on the picture.

The second-floor apartment, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, was charming and well-kept. The kitchen was equipped with an electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster, perfect for mornings. The bathroom was spotless, offering both a shower and bathtub, and we appreciated the laundry detergent for the washer/dryer. The location was ideal — not far from a metro stop, with supermarkets nearby for snacks. Aitor’s thoughtful touches, like restaurant recommendations and travel guidebooks, helped us uncover Brussels’ gems. His cozy apartment was a perfect base, making our trip special.
