Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

The cottage is ideally located in the heart of Brittany, 5 minutes from Lake Guerlédan, in a green countryside, less than 1 hour from the north and south coasts of Brittany, 1.5 hours from Pointe du Raz or St-Malo, and a few minutes from the shops of Mur de Bretagne. Lake Guerlédan, the Nantes to Brest canal and the Quénécan forest offer many activities: lakeside beaches, fishing, hiking, equestrian center, mountain biking, sailing, water skiing, and discovering the local heritage.

Whether in sunny, gray weather, in the rain or storm, the view from the house offers a spectacle that is always surprising, sometimes breathtaking. Lovers of walks can take the GR34 and discover the bay of St-Brieuc. The house is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Romantic room, in the heart of Brittany, overlooking the canal. Comfort has been brought for couples, two-seater bathtub in the LIVING ROOM, spacious four-poster bed 180/200 cm. A patio for smokers and non-smokers, cosy interior, bright. For people sensitive to noise, I do not recommend it, the property is located in the city on a busy street, in a wooden floor building, the noise of the tenants' footsteps from above can be disturbing.
