Very nice and pleasant apartment, equipped with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. The patio is another point in favor of the accommodation. Great value. Catherine and Brigitte are responsive and have contributed to the success of our stay. We definitely recommend it.

Eva is a remarkable person, available, and attentive, you will be happy to connect with her on many topics. The apartment is cool and spacious for two. Eva shares her pied à terre, we realize it in the kitchen, well equipped with all the necessary instruments, the basic ingredients and more. This kitchen welcome is no longer so common in an AirBnb. Location is a must! Central, a few meters from the entrance porch to the upper town and the living square of Cambernon. Yet, once you pass the old staircase with outdated charm, the apartment is quiet and fresh, thanks to the building of old and thick stones. 2 nights of a wonderful silence and 1 a little heckled by exceptional and surprising go and come from a nocturnal neighbor on a floor of another age. Message passed and issue resolved the next day. The large and many window doors in the living room have little or no opposite, + view towards the cathedral in the distance.

It was a very short stay, but I would have liked to extend if I had been able to work remotely. The apartment is perfectly located and locatable. The key system made it easy to access the apartment. The apartment itself was perfect, cozy, useful, just what it takes to relax after a very long day of work. A huge thank you to Valerie and I hope to return soon to Vitré with the companion to really explore the city.

We had a great time, the city is very nice and by car/bike we are not far to get to the Mont! The accommodation perfectly matches the description and the layout has been well thought out including a beautiful decor. The little extra is Solène's guide which is really very well made! The location of the studio is perfect, offering a breathtaking view of the castle, which adds a real charm to the whole. We have been coming to Granville for 3 years and for the second time to Frédérique's and not the last time. Frédérique is a wonderful hostess, everything is simple and so well thought out. The apartment is in the very center, large, tastefully decorated and wonderfully equipped but the most important thing is that you really feel welcomed thanks to Frédérique's attention, from aromatic herbs to rhubarb jam to shampoo, everything is done with warmth and talent. We had no difficulty and if necessary, I have no doubt that the solution would have been found with Frédérique. Finally, the value for money is very good. From now on, Granville rhymes with Frédérique. We will be back.

An impeccable and comfortable house, very well located for visiting Mont Saint Michel and spending an evening at the Rocher Portail. We had a lovely stay.

The house is adorable - beautifully renovated with all you need (swimming pool, kitchen equipment, pool table, etc). The location is great, directly at the sea-side with hardly any other people, for which it felt like a private beach. Also a nice walk along the shore to Granville. We would definitely recommend this place!

We had a last-minute change of plans and we were so grateful that they were able to accommodate us! This is one of the few places we’ve seen advertised on Air Bnb that is 100% accurate: 3 full-sized beds and 3 separate bedrooms, with a full kitchen, washer, and dryer inside the house. We loved the ping pong table and the outdoor space. The parking is easy and off the street. Plus, it’s so close to Mont-Saint-Michel. Johanna was incredibly friendly and helpful and she gave us some great recommendations! We loved everything about staying here.

We had a wonderful family weekend in the charming house of Hélène, tastefully decorated and a magnificent sea view. Great bedding, free parking nearby. Hélène is very responsive and accommodating, it's very appreciated. Thanks for everything.

Just PERFECT! First of all we were welcomed by a friend of Nathalie's who welcomed us very warmly and her offers to remain at our disposal in case during our stay! When we left we were lucky enough to see Nathalie who is extremely kind and even drove us to the train station! Regarding the accommodation there is nothing but then really nothing to say... apart from that it is just perfect! Don't rely on the photos because it was very spacious we were surprised by the way, it is also full of charm and we felt like home there especially since it enjoys a just exceptional situation! The value is really amazing, you can go without a second thought! It will be difficult to find things to say but to want to stay there! Another big thank you to Nathalie for her kindness and are careful as well as to friends for hosting us!

Impeccable work stay in Claudine's accommodation, close to the Beaulieu Campus and public transport to reach the city center of Rennes. Her apartment is superb and spacious, beautiful terrace. We'll be happy to go back.

Apartment facing the harbor absolutely great to live to the rhythm of fishermen and tides. Very well located, everything is on foot whether it is the walks by the sea, the old town or the city center with artist shops and independents. The apartment is as described, well arranged with a beautiful kitchen and a beautiful living room, ideal for cocooning. The plus, the garage and the private elevator.

The beach)….. very beautiful …. is 100m away …. brief beach aperitif every day! Absolutely no complaints! We had a great time with the family. The bikes available… that's great!
