This very old and traditional Morvan building offers you all the comforts of its 122 m² of living space, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs. A fully enclosed garden / courtyard with dining and/or relaxation area with sunbeds, which can also safely accommodate cars and/or motorcycles.

(No kitchenette) mais 2 Plaques électriques et BBQ gaz à dispo. avec casseroles, poêles, assiettes … Randonnées au départ de la maison, jeux (boules, ping-pong, badminton) et location de vélos.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Belle maison rustique, avec terrain d'1ha, un étang (à sec très souvent) de nombreux arbres. 7 chambres, idéale déjà pour petite famille ou un groupe comme plusieurs familles ou alors pour des séminaires bien être (mauvaise connexion wifi et 4G). Nous n’acceptons plus les fêtes et anniversaires entre adultes, cela dérange trop le voisinage. Havre de calme et de nature. Lieux de ressourcement, de création, mais également propice aux échanges. The comfort and setting as well as the two wood stoves make it a warm place where the desire to settle down and enjoy the present moment predominate. You can walk or bike to many hiking trails. A popular destination for hikers and mountain bikers, the GRP "Tour du Morvan" crosses Ménessaire. We are located 10 km from Lac des Settons and equidistant from Autun and Saulieu (25 km)

Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bed and bedroom 2 with two single beds. The kitchen has all the basic amenities, and you can relax in the seating area and enjoy a good meal at the table.
