The house of the horizon

House of 70 m2 renovated with the help of an architect, composed of an exterior offering a magnificent view of the whole village. It includes on the ground floor a large living/dining room with fitted kitchen; a double bedroom with shower room and toilet (separate). Upstairs there is a second very spacious bedroom with adjoining shower room and toilet. Great for spending good times with family or friends. The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.
