Domaine de Bagard is the heritage of an old hamlet in the medieval village of Sauve. He then became a magnanerie (silkworm farm). It stretches over 11 hectares, on the side of a garrigue hill, typical of Cevennes Piedmont. In the middle of the Domaine flows a natural spring (a real resurgence of Vauclusian type) and at the bottom the Vidourle River.
