Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Rustic forge with spa & cosy and chic nature

À 20 min des Grands Lacs, séjournez dans une ancienne forge au charme rustique, entourée de nature et d’animaux. Grande chambre parentale (35 m²) avec salle d’eau et WC privatifs. Espace détente avec sauna, jacuzzi et rameur. En option, chambre dans un ancien grenier à foin (2 pers.) avec douche et WC. (No kitchenette) mais 2 Plaques électriques et BBQ gaz à dispo. avec casseroles, poêles, assiettes … Randonnées au départ de la maison, jeux (boules, ping-pong, badminton) et location de vélos.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Belle maison rustique, avec terrain d'1ha, un étang (à sec très souvent) de nombreux arbres. 7 chambres, idéale déjà pour petite famille ou un groupe comme plusieurs familles ou alors pour des séminaires bien-être (mauvaise connexion wifi et 4G). Nous n’acceptons plus les fêtes et anniversaires entre adultes, cela dérange trop le voisinage. Havre de calme et de nature. Lieux de ressourcement, de création, mais également propice aux échanges. Le respect du calme du hameau est exigé! Merci

Gîte la Maisonnette - atypical accommodation in Luzy

Maison idéalement située au sud du Parc Naturel Régional du Morvan. Idéale aussi pour randonnées pédestres et vélos Nature, festivals, détente, patrimoine, archéologie, paysages... A visiter aux alentours: Autun (ville gallo romaine), Bibracte et son musée archéologique, Beaune (et la route des vins), le Pal (parc d'attractions), les lacs du Morvan, parc des Combes (Le Creusot), Divertiparc (Toulon sur Arroux). Stations thermales de St Honoré les Bains (22 km) et de Bourbon Lancy (28 km).

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Charming cottage at Château de Thard for 4 people

In a natural setting, the gîte of the tower of the Château de Thard, can accommodate 4 people. Independent entrance, neat and warm decoration, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, bathtub, large walk-in shower. Garden with furniture and beautiful views of the Morvan Natural Park. Surrounded by 11 Ha of park and forests in a preserved nature and absolute calm. A large swimming pool, shared with the owners, is available from May 15 until the end of September.

Back to Basics

House, very bright and spacious, lost in the heart of Morvan. Large openings onto the forest and the pastures of cows and horses. The comfort and setting as well as the two wood stoves make it a warm place where the desire to settle down and enjoy the present moment predominate. You can walk or bike to many hiking trails. The garden furniture will allow you to contemplate the setting around a meal with family or friends.

Fitted 2-person tent

Enjoy the setting of this accommodation in the heart of nature, calm and bucolic Sleep in a tent equipped with a 140 x 200 cm double sofa bed (sheets not provided, duvet available) on a wooden floor. You have a separate shower and toilet area (unheated) Outside, there is a fridge, a microwave, a gas hob and an espresso machine in a common area (plates and cutlery, saucepan and frying pan are provided).

Haut Folin Wooden Cottage

On the mountain Haut Folin, on the edge of the forest, there is a wooden cottage... Our chalet is stylishly decorated and offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. The equipped terrace with panoramic views of the natural surroundings give you the feeling of freedom and space. It is a paradise for hikers, cyclists and peace seekers where every season has its advantages.

Renovated house in the countryside

Accommodation located in Morvan Park, near the St Honoré les Bains spa. Access to the house by a step then all rooms are on one level. Completely renovated, large walk-in shower, 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room and modern kitchen. Quiet, large outdoor courtyard, hiking trail at the foot of the house allowing beautiful walks. Village with shops 3 km away.
