The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

La Mazurka exceptional stopover in the heart of Moulins

Very nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a 19th century bourgeois house, in the heart of a century-old park, recommended by Le Petit Futé. An enchanted enclave in the heart of the city, less than a 5-minute walk to the train station and tourist center. The 2 bedrooms, very spacious, each have a 160 x 200 bed and a desk. A large sofa offers the 5th bed. A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, offers an ideal living space to enjoy a hearty breakfast.

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Our Scale

A lovely vacation home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on 2nd floor, fan on ground floor. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Charming cottage at Château de Thard for 4 people

In a natural setting, the gîte of the tower of the Château de Thard, can accommodate 4 people. Independent entrance, neat and warm decoration, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, bathtub, large walk-in shower. Garden with furniture and beautiful views of the Morvan Natural Park. Surrounded by 11 Ha of park and forests in a preserved nature and absolute calm. A large swimming pool, shared with the owners, is available from May 15 until the end of September.

The Gîte de la Montagne, located in Saint-Prix, will allow you to enjoy nature in complete tranquility. The small furnished building is ideal for a quiet holiday, with a living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a mezzanine for sleeping. The sofa bed in the living room allows you to stay up to 4 people. The private terrace, with shade and sun nooks, offers you views of the surrounding nature. Camping on a farm in a 4 m2 wooden teepee!

Small wooden tipi of 4m2, heated with small electric heater! There is just a 2 seater mattress 120/190cm inside, sheets are provided + duvet! For bathrooms, you will have a 10l hot shower common area + dry toilet 30m from the tipi, in a module under the greenhouse. the kitchen is also under the unheated greenhouse!
