Comfortable maisonette, located at the foot of the Chartreuse massif in the Grésivaudan valley. 15 minutes from Grenoble Accommodation for 4 people 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Air-conditioned accommodation. Garden and swimming pool shared with our main house (12 m, unheated) Winter swimming pool from October 1 to April 30. Fully fenced garden. 130 m2 house. (this is my primary residence, so with personal belongings) Located 15 min from Grenoble, 10 min from the bus bright accommodation, very nice view. I do NOT accept people who have bed bugs, for the good of all! following unpleasant surprises, do not bring more people than declared! 5 maximum! I speak English. no smoking! bath towels to bring for the pool! thorough cleaning of the house to be carried out upon your departure.

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.
