Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Activities for families and friends nearby: water sports (Lake Bort), hiking, skiing. You will enjoy the atmosphere and the large outdoor spaces (relaxation, sunbathing, children's games). The gîte is spread over three floors, with a fully equipped kitchen, a utility room with washing machine and dryer, a shower room and a living room with fireplace (firewood provided!) on the ground floor. On the second floor, there are 3 spacious bedrooms with a bathroom. Last one to the dormitory! With 4 single beds, table football and a TV. We provide linens and towels. Have a baby? We can provide everything you need on request! There are 2 terraces, plus a pétanque court as a bonus ;)

If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.

This house for 4 people and a baby is close to the motorway but quiet and close to nature. From the car park, you have direct access to the private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The interior is very spacious, clean, comfortable and stylish. The beds are made on your arrival, and bath towels are provided. We recently added a misting fan to ensure you have a pleasant stay in the event of very hot weather!
