This 50 m² apartment, on the ground floor, is a 5-minute walk from the village centre and 1 minute from the shuttle that goes to the Roc d'Enfer resort. You will find: a newly equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a "ski" room to store your belongings when you return from the slopes or from a hike. A terrace and a small flower garden are a real plus for summer and winter stays.

A rooftop terrace features a large seating area with a sofa and coffee table, surrounded by a railing. A parasol provides shade while offering an unobstructed view of the lake and mountains in the distance, with greenery and a blue sky enhancing the serene backdrop.

Come and make some memories at our unique, spacious and family-friendly home. Located 8 mins above Montreux, we are peacefully nestled between a large green field and a small vineyard. Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

This is a true gem.122yrs old Grenier Les Bouts is a free standing stone building for a couple.Closest chairlift is 7mins drive, 10mins drive to Morzine & 1hr15mins to Geneva. Outstanding views, top of the range exceptional accommodation. Ski, bike, walk, swim on the doorstep.Village location.You won't be disappointed. We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

Chalet Le Laydevant is a great choice for a relaxing holiday for a family with children or a group of up to 6 people. This 4* chalet is bright and totally modern, has an open-plan layout on the ground floor and 3 cosy bedrooms upstairs. There is plenty of storage space and a secure garage (ideal for mountain bike storage). And the backyard is perfect for children sledging, learning to ski or playing outdoors. The adults will love the great views and plenty of light and sunshine, even in winter.

Chalet Tete Rousse is a beautiful new and spacious 4 * chalet in village of Combloux with sauna and large patio with outside dining area. Gorgeous views of Mont Blanc and Chaîne des Aravis. The chalet is only 200m from the heart of the village, close to shops, restaurants and bars. Great location for skiing ,ski randonnée and enjoying the great outdoors. Close to Combloux and Megeve ski areas. Also near to Megève for great shopping and restaurants and Saint Gervais for trips up Mont Blanc

The exterior of the house is framed by tall trees, creating a natural boundary. A dark wood structure features large glass doors that invite light into the interior. A wooden deck is visible, surrounded by landscaped greenery.

We are pleased to host you in our lovely little house/old masonry shed, completely renovated and refurbished with care in mid-2021. Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.
