The house is located at the gates of Orléans, on the "Loire by bike" route and close to Sologne. Close to the city center, La Source, La Comet etc... Come and discover this unique site. Between the Loire and the Canal d 'Orléans, charming studio. You love the Loire, canoeing and bike rides, Agnes and Francis welcome you, within a protected site, in this independent, comfortable, 27 m2 studio with direct access to the towpath.

The studio, facing south, has a private access that is on the edge of the towpath, which is part of the very long European cycle path "Transiberia». The Loire runs along the canal: between the two, the dike leads you to the centre of Orléans, 6 km away. Combleux, a popular promenade site, has retained the charm of the former mariners' village. Charm, calm and a change of scenery characterize this place.
