A Little Luxury Home in the Center of Eymet

Bienvenue chez nous. Gîte Castellaneta is over 500 years old but has been remodeled many times since it was first built. We just did it again in 2019! It's a cute little medieval 2 bedroom house. The master has a king bed and the front bedroom has 2 twins which can be reconfigured as a super king. Both have new en-suite bathrooms and the downstairs has been completely remodeled with kitchen, dining & sitting areas plus a WC and washer. And there's a lovely, intimate private courtyard.

Far from the summer overcrowding, you will be charmed by the calm and serenity of the place, at the gates of the Purple Perigord (Eymet and Bergerac). The house is located in the center of a charming village perched on a hilltop, with a nice little sunny garden and swimming pool that welcome you for long and pleasant moments of relaxation in complete serenity!

The Dropt Dryer

Nestling on the heights of a hill in the heart of nature, at the gateway to the Dordogne (4 km from the bastide town of Eymet), you will be charmed by this fully-equipped family gîte for 6 people (up to 8 on demand) , a restored tobacco barn from 1922. A beautiful private swimming pool, heated from May to September, awaits you, out of sight, with its equipped relaxation areas. Our house is adjacent to the gîte. Discover châteaux, bastides and local farmers' markets.

This charming little traditional stone house is very cosy, comfortable while being sober and ecological in the same time. I am happy to share it with travelers who appreciate simplicity and proximity to nature. The house is equipped with a very good wood stove, with exposed beams on the ceiling and terracotta tiles on the floor. The house is hot and cosy in winter, and cool in summer (Possibility to pick you up at the train station or airport for small extra fees)

If you like local tourism, you will love visiting the surrounding medieval Bastides (Eymet), getting lost in the hiking trails, fishing, discovering the wines of Bergerac or Bordeaux, savoring the good regional food. If you like golf, you will be seduced by the 27 holes of the Château des Vigiers (15 km). Finally, if you aspire to a stay of pure relaxation, where it is good to live doing nothing, the cottage will be your haven of peace, quiet, by the pool.

The Canopée cottage is surrounded by nature, an ideal place to recharge your batteries in the Dropt valley, 3 minutes from the Château de Duras. This stone cottage near our property has been completely renovated. Its stunning forest views, without anyone opposite you, will bring you calm and a change of scenery. The semi-open terrace offers you the possibility to eat and rest on Chilean chairs. The 5 x 10 m swimming pool is at your disposal and only for you.

INDIVIDUAL cottage of 120 m² between Marmande and Bergerac, come and spend a quiet holiday in this large farmhouse "Gîte Vicasse in La Sauvetat du Dropt". The accommodation includes 3 spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, a large friendly living room. There is everything you need to cook or enjoy a moment of rest and you can visit the farm as well as the surrounding paths. You can park one or more cars right out front.
