Part of the common areas of a private castle under renovation, centre of the village 5 min by car or 10 min by bike, hiking and cycling trails, Loire Valley castles (Chambord 40 min), close to Orléans. Pets not allowed.

Charming small F2, completely renovated! 15 minutes from Place du Martroi and the SNCF train station! Nice and quiet neighborhood! Ideally located for walking distance to everything – close to all shops (Carrefour City 300 m away, open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. except Sundays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.) and free parking in the neighborhood. However, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access and with narrow stairs, which does not facilitate the transport of luggage. But I'm here to help!

Renovated 65 m2 2-room apartment + mezzanine + balcony, on the first floor of the owners' house. 5 beds: 1 160 bed, 1 140 sofa bed in the living room and a 90 bed on the mezzanine. Independent access via outdoor staircase. Rented with a private parking space (but not covered). Direct access to the Loiret trails, close to the Loire by bike, 10 minutes' drive from Orléans. Despite proximity to the highway, no major noise disturbance in the apartment.
