Country House in the Sun

6 People maximum per trip. ( parties prohibited ) Quiet house, located 800 m from the village of Saint Jean de Maruéjols where you have everything at your fingertips, (restaurant, local producers nearby, artisanal butcher shop, artisanal charcuterie, artisanal bakery, grocery store, etc...). There's a lot to explore with the different seasons. There are plenty of places to visit (village that is 15 minutes from the Ardèche) Lots of beautiful rivers a few kilometers away.

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

"La Vigne" (120 m2) : its private staircase gives you access to a shaded terrace for your outdoor meals (gas barbecue available) A living room with living room, dining area and equipped kitchen (LV, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer), 2 master bedrooms with shower room (with a king-size bed + 1 90x200 bed) and two other bedrooms composed of two 90x200 beds (associable), a shower room and toilet.
