Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

"La Vigne" (120 m2): its private staircase gives you access to a shaded terrace for your outdoor meals (gas barbecue at your disposal) A living room with living room, dining area and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, glass hob, microwave, fridge/freezer), 2 master bedrooms with shower room (with a king-size bed + 1 bed 90 x 200) and two other bedrooms composed of two beds 90 x 200 (can be combined), a shower room and toilet. In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.
