Fiber-Optic and Air-Conditioned Apartment – View/Seafront

Within the Arc en Ciel residence, I offer a large 30 m² studio with a 6 m² balcony overlooking the ocean/dunes. The studio has fiber and mobile air conditioning! It is ideal for 2 people but it has 4 beds if needed. The video/household appliances are new, but due to a lack of workers available this spring, I was unable to install the new kitchen, however the old one, although small, is functional. Close to everything and yet quiet!

Ocean Suite Air-conditioned private room with jacuzzi

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private.
