Large 12 m x 6 m pool (heated from May 15 to September 15) shared with the owners, 3300 m2 wooded garden. 160 m2 cottage, composed of a large living room with wood-burning stove, fully equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, 2 sinks and toilet. Old Vendee house, renovated in 2018, equipped to accommodate 2 to 6 people and having baby equipment ( bed, high chair, bathtub...). Located on the edge of the village, 300m from shops, in a private path with open views of the meadows and 1 km from the sandy beaches. Pedestrian and cycling access arranged to get to the beach in 10 minutes. Musée Clémenceau, coastal path to Jard/sea, forest walks... close by. Pets not allowed.
