Ideal for family getaways or small reunions ... for folks who love walking, hiking, cycling, exploring, cooking (our kitchen is great for foodies!) and just chilling - the perfect base to explore this fascinating region of the south of France, the heart of Cathar country.

Character cottage, quiet and natural, for 4 to 7 people.

If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Salamander Chalet

Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. There is a wood-burning stove for the winter. We provide a wheelbarrow with firewood for €15.

In the heart of the Cathar Pyrenees, 45 mins from Carcassonne and 1.5 hours from the sea, this accommodation, a real haven of peace, has been built and furnished with love for your well-being. Located 2 km above the village of Chalabre where you can find all the amenities of a village of 1000 inhabitants, you will stay in the middle of a property of 75 hectares facing the Pyrenees chain. The estate also welcomes mountain bikers as well as horse riders and their horses.

Recently restored and equipped with all amenities, also a jacuzzi, you can enjoy a real moment of relaxation with stunning views of the Medieval City of Carcassonne. Occupancy is 4 people. Gîte among the vineyards

This recently renovated house is set in the middle of a 70-hectare organic wine-growing estate, in the Cathar region and close to Carcasonne. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and forests, ideal for walks, with views of the Pyrenees. This house is next to the Belgian owners' central farm, but is entirely private. During your stay, you can enjoy free wine tasting and a tour of the winery.
