Ce magnifique chalet est situé dans une impasse très tranquille, avec du stationnement gratuit. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre toute l'année, avec sa vue imprenable et son salon cosy avec cheminée. Il a été rénové, en juillet 2016, à un niveau élevé, avec le confort de nos clients comme priorité. Accès facile aux fantastiques stations de ski de La Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et à 30 minutes en voiture du spectaculaire lac d'Annecy. J'ai hâte de partager mon beau chalet avec vous.

It is available in all seasons to enjoy the pleasures of the mountains .

Cette ancienne ferme datant de 1800 peut loger confortablement 10 personnes sur 2 niveaux et 150m² habitables. Ce chalet comprend 5 chambres , 2 salles de douche et 2 toilettes séparées. Il se situe aux Villards sur Thônes , à 900 m d'altitude, à égale distance de la Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et proche de Annecy. Une rénovation complète en 2018 a été réalisée en conservant l'esprit d'authenticité qui marque ce type d'habitat . Le chalet n'est pas adapté aux Personnes à Mobilité Réduite.

Idéalement situé au coeur des Aravis, à 5 minutes du Grand-Bornand et de la Clusaz. Départ de randonnée à pieds/raquettes du chalet. Vous pourrez accéder à notre grand jardin dernière la maison Logement pour 2 personnes mais un canapé lit peut accueillir 2 pers. en plus. Eté comme hiver, pied à terre parfait pour quelques jours en montagne. Attention : 5 marches pour accéder à la sdb., buanderie et WC. Au plaisir de vous accueillir.
