Owned by the family for 40 years, it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Situated in one of the most privileged locations in Llançà, the Villa offers an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, stunning views, tranquillity, and a unique natural setting.

Quiet but close to the village center, 2 or 4 people can stay thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature. We suggest you stop by our studio located in the small village of Trouillas. Fully equipped and independent studio. It is located on the ground floor of our family home. The studio is air-conditioned. It has a fully private patio, ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing! Trouillas is located on the Wine Route, in the heart of the Aspres. A paradise for lovers of hiking and gastronomic tours. Spain is a 20-minute drive away.

Located right in the centre of the spa village of Le Boulou, this cosy 50 m² house Just 20 minutes from the beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer and 5 minutes from Spain, you can enjoy quick access to shops, restaurants and amenities. There is a shuttle stop 50 metres from the house, ideal for spa guests. Parking is easy thanks to free car parks and nearby Blue Zones. Quick drop-off of luggage or shopping is possible in front of the house.
