There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The house is located on the north shore of Lake Zell and is two stories high. On the first floor is a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen with large dining area and access to the covered terrace. In addition, there is a bedroom and a toilet. In the basement there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a toilet. The lake is a 5-minute walk. The center of Zell am See is 1.5 km away. Breakfast service is available on request!

Our cosy farmhouse is located in the centre of Abtenau and can accommodate up to 12 people. It has 4 bedrooms with double beds, as well as additional sleeping options. Families will be delighted with the outdoor pool, mini golf and summer toboggan run. The Karkogel ski lift is very close.
