Stone house 15 km from Nantes, 4 km from the banks of the Loire and in a quiet green setting. On a 2000 m² wooded plot with a body of water, close to all shops. 50 m² house, + 25 m² terrace with 3 very comfortable beds. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed. A single bed on mezzanine. On the ground floor, a sofa bed that can make 1 bed, kitchen area open to living room of 25 m2. All comforts/kitchen, microwave, TV, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine/bathroom

Stopover on the banks of the Loire

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the Île de la Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette... but also restaurants located just around the corner. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!

Studio on the banks of the Loire

In a 20 m2 accommodation, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from the Southeast of Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car 50 m away and in the adjoining streets for a larger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.
