Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. In a 20 m2 home, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and a kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car at 50 m and in the adjoining streets for a bigger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.
