The Cottage sleeps 4, with one large double bed and two singles, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and lounge. it also has a private outdoor seating area with barbeque.

The Cardinal Sarlat

The Cardinal is located in the heart of the medieval city of Sarlat at 7 Cour des Fontaines. This luxurious apartment on the ground floor of a magnificent 17th century building, recently restored, features a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub overlooking a private courtyard with its pond and garden table. The marriage of stone and wood gives this place a taste of the past, its air conditioning will bring you the comfort of today.

Villa La Chênaie is a very nice 200 m2 house built in 2010 in the Périgord style. Very spacious, very comfortable and air-conditioned, it accommodates 2 to 8 people. It is located on a very quiet and wooded private estate of 3 hectares and has a garden of 4000 m2. The private pool, heated from May to September, measures 4 m x 11 m, its maximum depth is 1.80 m. The city center of Sarlat is a 15-minute walk away, the nearest supermarket is a 3-minute drive away.

In Carlux, a small village, you will find shops (grocery-butcher and bakery) and leisure activities in the immediate vicinity (canoes, bike path, hiking and swimming along the Dordogne three minutes away). Large shopping malls are 10 minutes away. Shared pool with another gîte for 4-5 people.

Vine Cottage (Gite) with views over forests and parkland offers two ensuite bedrooms both with super king-sized beds. The ground floor bedroom has direct garden access. There is a fully fitted kitchen along with a dining and lounge area. Additionally there is a private terrace equipped with gas BBQ, dining table and relaxing chairs. The cottage has access to the shared swimming pool (open June to October).
