Come and recharge your batteries at the foot of the family-friendly Laye ski resort, right by the Gap Bayard golf course. We offer a self-contained, single-storey gîte of approximately 90 m², providing a high level of comfort, complete with a hot tub and stunning views of the Champsaur valley. The gîte comprises 2 bedrooms of 15 m² each, a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also benefit from a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's play equipment and parking spaces.

The accommodation (47 m²), with a small outdoor area, is located in a new-build house in a quiet area, with a view of the mountains, in the heart of the Champsaur. For 4 people: 1 bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed) and 1 sofa bed in the living room. As we live on the property, we will be delighted to provide you with some tips and recommendations. Key points: Bed linen and towels provided / Parking / Dolce Gusto coffee machine / Barbecue and firewood provided / Free Wi-Fi/cleaning to be done at the end of the stay

For this, Nath & Lionel present Au Studi'Ô, a charming ground floor studio, south facing with an area of 23 m2 located 3 km from the village of Saint-Bonnet, its shops and local producers.

GITE DU VILLARD, built in an old barn

This single-storey, recent and unique gîte was built with noble materials: brushed larch, limewash, iron and wood. It's not just an exceptional place, it's above all a unique experience. Come and enjoy a secluded setting, surrounded 360° by mountains, waterfalls, forests, fields to have fun. Each season offers shows: In winter, go snowshoeing or cross-country skiing from the barn. In spring, watch the wild animals roam in front of you. In summer, swim in the waterfalls. In autumn, listen to the deer rut. Not to mention stargazing!

Studio for 2 to 4 people

For your stay in the mountains, we offer a functional studio on the ground floor of our house, suitable for a couple or a small family. It is a quiet and sunny place, ideal for relaxing. Ideally located for hiking, ski resorts, swimming, farmers’ markets, Golf Gap-Bayard (10 minutes away), cycling, etc. (Gap: 20 minutes; Saint-Bonnet-en-Champsaur: 7 minutes) Please note that we do not provide bed linen or bath towels.

Cozy attic studio.

This healing space is quietly located in the Parc des Écrins with a magnificent unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains from the bay window and terrace. We have preserved the charm of the old framework. The central beam is to be stepped over to move from the day space to the night space.
