Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

On the 2nd floor of a townhouse with living room with sofa bed, open kitchen and dining area, 2 adjoining bedrooms with bathroom and toilet. 30 m2 sheltered inner courtyard, with outdoor lounge, giving access to the garden.

I suggest you stay in a nice apartment, on the first floor of a house. Ideally located in the heart of Evaux les Bains, the only thermal spa in Limousin. You will find all the comforts you need, with an equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and bedroom (large 160x200 bed) adjoining with bathroom and toilet. A washing machine is available for your use (shared by both apartments) This apartment is rated 3 stars by Creuse Tourisme.
