Monthly Rentals in Saint-Laurent-de-Vaux

Nice little apartment in a very nice nature. The arrival was facilitated by the explanations of our very friendly host. We really enjoyed the calm and nature place.

Sabine and Pascal's studio was very clean and well-equipped. Sabine is very responsive on the phone to any concerns and her husband is the same. Both are very helpful which is lovely. I had some wifi problems that didn't work well at times but it didn't bother me as I had a phone plan with enough internet gigas. Unfortunately, being an intern student, I found the accommodation a little expensive and Sabine did not agree to negotiate the price, although I stayed 3 months, which I found a shame. In summary, despite the price, the accommodation is very nice and well insulated, the air conditioning worked very well and it is a comfort not to be overlooked during high heat, the bed was also very comfortable and Sabine was accommodating from my arrival until my departure.

The listing is as described and photographed. Very nice view that you can enjoy while having breakfast in the sun on the terrace. Lots of very nice hikes to do from Yzeron and all the amenities nearby. I highly recommend this property.
