Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Situated in the heart of the countryside, at the end of a 400-metre stone track (watch out for very low vehicles), come and enjoy a panoramic view of the Drôme and Ardèche hills. Relax in this renovated, former stone farmhouse, which is quiet, elegant and well equipped (reversible air conditioning in every room, a washing machine available, and plenty of other modern amenities). Enjoy the peace and quiet (no neighbours within 500 metres) and the large outdoor area.

In the countryside, near Romans sur Isère, small cottage of about 30 m2 on our property next to our house. Many walks are within walking distance or further towards the Vercors (1/2 H), the Palais du Facteur Cheval or the Abbey of Saint Antoine. We will be happy to advise you on the many activities to do in the area; Well-behaved and sociable pets welcome UPON REQUEST as the garden is shared; Linen rental possible (€12), optional cleaning fee (€40).

This recent 2019 construction is modern and welcoming. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a large 60 m2 living room, a 55 m2 wooden terrace with jacuzzi (in service from March to October only) overlooking a magnificent view of the Ardèche and Vercors mountains. Attached garden of about 400 m2.

Our atypical wooden building includes our home, two new and very pleasant studios where you will stay, and a health clinic. Each party has its own access and privacy. Guests can use the barbecue and childcare equipment on request. The area is full of activities and beautiful things that we will be happy to introduce you to!
