The bear's barn, an old barn renovated into a charming little 60m² accommodation (surrounded by barns), arranged as a duplex, furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located in a quiet hamlet, close to the RN145 and La Souterraine 10 minutes away with all its amenities. the 100 m2 apartment has two bedrooms and can easily accommodate 4 travelers near the city center of La Souterraine. it is located between the town hall and the medical house in a large house from the 1950s. The accommodation is completely separate from the house and guests will be able to enjoy the shared garden as well as a parking space. The recent renovation includes an equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, large screen and bathroom.

Nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare property, in a green and enchanting setting, Alphonsine's house is composed of 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen as well as a bathroom. The first bedroom has a large bed for 2 people and the second has 2 beds for 1 person. An outdoor area with a barbecue available enhances this place steeped in history. Formerly a grain store, this house was converted into a dwelling in the 1940s.

A country house next to ours in a calm and peacefull situation surrended by nature. An independante entry with a private garden fully enclosed and a place to park your car. Once inside, you enter in the saloon with a fully equiped opened kitchen. You'll get a bedroom with a two people's bed, a bathroom with a bathtube and toilets. To finish, a mezzanine with a two people's bed a a desk corner. English TV available.
