In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Located in our beautiful Marmouillé countryside, come and recharge your batteries at Les Racines, at the foot of the hiking trails in our family property that we have renovated with all our heart to make it a cozy and cocooning space. We have tried to make you feel at home by bringing as many amenities as possible to ensure that you do not miss anything. So, all you have to do is enjoy small moments of happiness and sharing with family or friends.

The Coudray cottage is a charming cottage with sauna in the heart of the Normandy countryside. Located in Orne, close to the village of Camembert, this cozy house is typically Norman, mixing bricks and half-timbering. Totally independent, it is in the center of a totally preserved environment: a 2000 m² garden and pastures as far as the eye can see. And for total relaxation, it has a sauna cottage in the garden with a covered terrace with lounge.
