Cosy Cottage in Sussex £40 per room per night.

I live in a cul-de-sac in a detached house which I'm told is comfortable, with ample space on the drive for 2 cars if necessary. I charge from £40 per room per night,(not £40 for the whole house) we are well served for buses, etc here and Close to local amenities, 7miles from Eastbourne, and 20miles from Brighton. I am retired but enjoy friends and social events, My hobbies include carpentry, gardening, some t.v (films and documentaries) I do not have any pets but keep some chickens for eggs.

Be a country person for the weekend, stay in a 200 year old stable block, super light, with vaulted ceilings. A large sitting room, big bedroom, up a step to the kitchen/diner and bathroom. The newly fitted kitchen has sink, microwave, hob, and fridge/freezer. Also a sofabed. National Trust houses, historic Mayfield, village walks and the South Downs nearby. Small dogs welcome. The cottage overlooks the cutting gardens. A Private seating areas & wifi good for a working retreat!

An artistic retreat 5 mins walk to the sea

Our house is a converted shop, built in 1830. We live five minutes walk from the sea and cafes, restaurants, cinemas and art galleries on fashionable Norman Road. We serve croissants, butter and jam or marmalade and coffee and tea for breakfast and there are tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. The bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, writing desk, chair and very comfortable double bed and a stylish en-suite shower room. We do not share our kitchen with Airbnb guests.

Near local vineyards SK bed, immersed in nature.

Enjoy this cosy but spacious room, it has its own entrance with a south facing patio and garden. An ensuite shower room and super king size bed. The room has lovely views,and private garden over looking a tree lined paddock, full of wildlife. Enjoy an early morning cuppa whilst relaxing in the super king size bed, or a evening glass of wine on the patio, and you may even see an owl swooping and foraging for food. There is a great pub only a short 5 minute walk away.

Large en-suite bedroom with great views, West Hill

This Victorian house with its many original features is ideally located on the West Hill. The Old Town with its charming alleyways, vintage shops, pubs and restaurants is only a 7 minutes walk from the house. The beach is only 6 minutes down the road. The bedroom (road side) with its wooden floorboard has been attractively decorated and has a brand new en-suite shower room. Living in the house is myself, my partner John & Bertie the cat.
