A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

A one of a kind house built in 1926, with wooden floors and a grand staircase. It’s private, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The large rooms lend themselves to family and friends gathering for a break at any time of year. All the home comforts for a relaxing break + off road parking. Enjoy coffee/tea in the morning sun on the terrace while the children sleep or play on the lawn in the fully fenced garden. 15 min walk to the seafront and the interesting shops/eateries of St Leonards.

Beautifully located on the edge of Hastings county park 5 minute walk from the east hill & 10 mins walk to the old town. Wood burning stove & original early 1800s cottage features including a spacious kitchen extension. Nice views from both cosy bedrooms & plenty of natural light throughout. Cute & friendly kitten (short haired) comes with the house too - will leave food. (Please don’t book if it’s a problem!) Very quiet road with lovely neighbors & a village feel yet a walk to the beach.

Cosy 2 bed, historical cottage

Bexhill old town is steeped in smuggling history and central to the Bexhill and Hastings smuggling gangs. Our house was also used during the Napoleonic war to house officers, their soldiers being billeted nearby. Situated opposite St Peter’s church, mentioned in the Doomsday book ! our cottage provides a beamed, cosy stay for all history lovers. It’s modern amenities allow you to enjoy our lovely seaside town, beautiful beaches and De La Warr pavilion which hosts gigs throughout the year

Newly built semi-detached cosy single storey cottage nestled in 1066 countryside on the edge of the Combe Haven Countryside Park with its own private wood-burning hot tub. The cottage is wheel chair friendly. It has one very spacious double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single bed. Also a sofa bed located in the front room for extra guests. Pets are also allowed. Parking directly out side with step free access to the cottage. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Charming, Cosy Cottage in Rye Harbour

Light and airy seaside cottage with lots of character. Built in around 1900, it was originally home to one of the local coastguards who were stationed in the village. Cosy and comfortable sitting room. Open plan kitchen diner opening in to the sunny sheltered garden. The kitchen is well equipped, with microwave, electric oven, washer dryer and dishwasher. There is a double bedroom and a single room with bunk beds. The family bathroom is downstairs,and we have an upstairs toilet.

A self contained apartment within our Victorian home. We live in the house but the apartment is private. The apartment is situated at the TOP of the house on the fourth floor. Accommodation includes a separate bedroom with king size bed, separate compact bathroom, kitchen/diner/living room. The property is accessed through the main front door, there is no separate entrance for the apartment but you will have complete privacy during your stay. All the doors have locks.

Visitor parking available opposite the property making this ideal for guests who need their own vehicle to explore beyond Eastbourne. The area is quiet and residential and house is set behind the road giving a bit more privacy for the small garden which is to the front of the property. Please note, there is no back garden.
