We loved our stay! The flat was beautifully appointed with lots of interesting furniture, art and lamps! A great location, close to shops, restaurants and bars. And lots of tips of things to do etc.

Sarah’s a fantastic host: friendly, helpful, happy to share information, super responsive and all in all out to make your stay a happy one. The flat is perfectly located to enjoy both St Leonards & Hastings. Its sea front location prevents it from being quiet but the view is superb. And the bedroom at the back is really peaceful. The bed is super comfy. Everything is clean and so well thought of. Lots of lovely details that makes really lovely to live in: eco soap, soft towels, crispy sheets, soothing colours, blankets to snuggle in etc. We loved the gorgeous natural light!

Loved our stay in Hastings, perfect location for people watching and easy access to get to the beach kiosks and coffee shops and bars in St Leonards. The aparment was spot on, didn't even mind washing up with that view!

John was a very helpful and friendly host and we felt welcomed from the start. The accommodation is ideally located for the beach, transport links and local attractions. The apartment was spotless with great attention to detail. There everything you could need. We would definitely book again as there is so much to do and the apartment was ideal. Such a lovely spot for a Hastings weekend away! We traveled down for Jack on the Green and had the best time. The views from the flat are incredible.

Great stay, lovely host who made everything easy and was really helpful with check in and ideas locally. Brilliant place, full of character, super comfy and amazing views over the sea and pier. Best thing was the balcony with which we were lucky with the sun, had to drag ourselves off of it to see a bit more of town. Also really good value for money, thank you!!!

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and promenade. Plenty of variety in the many local restaurants and cafes nearby. Hastings pier and town is a short walk away.

We had a fantastic stay over Christmas. On arrival we had Prosecco and chocolate which was a very thoughtful touch. Rebecca’s house is fun and quirky, it has a very well equipped kitchen, comfy beds with lovely clean linen and fluffy towels, there were even lots of fun board games. It is a beautiful location and we would love to go back in the summer.

This was our fourth time at Jane's home. We always have a brilliant time and this was no exception. We love the little quirky features of the house, the location right on the beach and always feel very comfortable and at home. Thanks Jane - I'm sure we'll be back again!

The Old Stable was absolutely perfect inside with everything you could possibly need and more. Beautifully clean, comfy and homely. The view from the bedroom was so lovely to wake up to and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Personal touches like eggs from Jane’s chickens and a bottle of complementary fizz were a really lovely touch. Outside in the very large patio area there were numerous seating areas around the pool and jacuzzi. The BBQ, pizza oven, chiminea and outdoor lighting meant that you could have a lovely meal and relax and unwind under the stars. A great place to relax and have a peaceful home away from home!! A very warm and friendly Jane was always on hand to answer any questions or queries. Thank you!!

We LOVE Helen’s house - it is in a fabulous location, spotlessly clean, exactly as pictured and so beautiful and comfortable. I would recommend Helen and her beautiful house to everyone. Thanks Helen for the bottle of champagne and chocolate you left for New Years Eve, such a lovely thoughtful gesture.

Beautiful house which opens up right onto the beach. The outside area is great and the view from the house are amazing. Really nice house inside as well.

Really fun beach house. The house had spectacular views of the English Channel and also countryside, well organized kitchen and fun game room.

I had a really wonderful 7 weeks and 4 days at Lisa and Lee's first floor apartment in St Leonards-on-Sea, overlooking Warrior Square Gardens, with a lovely sea view from the lounge and balcony. On arrival, Lisa and Lee warmly greeted me and showed me around. Everything was clean and tidy, beautifully decorated, with a very cozy and comfortable feel. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk to the sea front. A very memorable stay and I'm definately looking forward to returning soon. Lovely bright light apartment with great views. I loved the sound of the sea and being so close to the beach. It was a fun walk to the shops and cafes in St Leonards, Goat Ledge was the perfect coffee and lunch spot. We had a great stay.

In over 10 years on airbnb, this was hands down my best experience! The flat is absolutely gorgeous, even better than the pictures! The views are breathtaking and the location is superb! All of the amenities were incredible - super comfortable mattress, beautiful, pristine sheets, stocked up kitchen with all necessities, including good quality coffee pods, amazing sound system, that is easy to connect to your devices, fast wifi and even sunbathing chairs to take to the beach or the balcony! I mean everything about Steven's flat was outstanding and made my stay in Hastings unforgettable. Steven was an amazing host too. I can't recommend Steven's place enough, it's such a treat!

Nicola’s place is an example of air bnb done to perfection. Everything has been thought of and stylishly done. The flat is in the gorgeous st Leonard’s area with so much on your doorstep. Incredible beach views and so many choices of where to eat in the local area. The flat itself is impeccably decorated and fully equipped with everything you would need. Nicola is very helpful and has many suggestions of how to spend your time in Hastings. We cannot fault any aspect of our stay. The only negative was having to leave.

The Airbnb was amazing probably the best airbnb we have stayed at and we have stayed at many ! From the moment we stepped out of the car and walked down into the garden saw the amazing view ,then the accommodation, we knew we had found a special place . It was clean, bright and so peaceful inside , there is nothing to want for ! The welcome hamper was lovely and very thoughtful ! Carla and her husband are lovely, nothing is too much trouble for them , they are there if you need them otherwise it’s your to enjoy ! Would definitely book again if it is available If I could give it more than a 5 I would !

Susan’s condo is fantastic. Immaculately clean, with wonderful views from the windows and the balcony. There are stairs to negotiate and parking can be a bit of a bugger, but you’re in close proximity to seaside attractions and the buses run frequently. She was also very friendly and responsive in her texts.
