Spacious barn conversion with views of the countryside. The Barn is an ideal location to use as a base for visiting the many places of interest or for a relaxing holiday. There are many National Trust properties within a small radius together with historic gardens and local vineyards. Tenterden and Rye are a short drive and Camber Sands, with its sandy beach, is a must. There are a number of local pubs which serve food, The White Hart within a few minutes walk, and many others not far away.

Private entrance down iron staircase, self check in by lockbox. Not suitable for those with mobility issues. Children only by supervision. Well behaved dogs allowed, please notify. Lovely ground floor room in 140 year old, 3 storey Victorian house, open plan design, retro fit. A place with modern comforts set in old world charm. You have your own front door, en-suite bathroom, full length mirror and a patio front garden. Great place for a shot break and a good base for exploring the town. Hastings is built on a hill so you will be walking up and down. It is flat on the sea front and you can walk to Bexhill’s De La Warr Pavilion without going on to a road.

The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.
