Private area available upon reservation. 5 minutes from La Roche-Bernard, a small tourist harbour. Beaches 20 mins away. Close to Lake Brière, the Morbihan Golf Course and the Côte de Jade. Refurbished in an original way.

Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Relax in this cozy little nest in the heart of the Brière Regional Natural Park, 5 minutes from the village of Kerhinet, 10 minutes from Guérande and 20 minutes from La Baule (by car). A wooden terrace and outdoor space await you for lunch, strolling or resting. We welcome you for a stay as a couple, or for solo or business travelers. Sheets, towels and dish towel provided. On foot, by car, by bike, by boat, by carriage, come and discover the richness of this corner of paradise.

Located in a typical hamlet of thatched cottages in the Brière marshes. You will be seduced by the charm of its large English garden. A comfortable studio with its small personalized terrace on the garden where it's good to rest after long walks in the marshes or by the sea. If you feel like a bike ride, I can lend you the bikes from the house. Garden enthusiasts, you are close to possible garden visits in the surrounding area as well.

In Kermouraud, on the Guérandaise peninsula and in the heart of Briere, these three 50 m2 houses await you for a quiet stay near La Baule and the salt marshes. They are all equipped with air conditioning, a 4K TV and all the comfort appliances necessary for a peaceful stay. Possibility to rent electric bikes, paddle and sea canoe. A bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, a storage shelf with small wardrobe area, a bathroom (walk-in shower) with vanity and toilet. Upstairs, a small attic bedroom with two single beds, a small dresser and storage drawers under a bed.
