My little gîte, which I am renovating over the days, is not yet perfect but will offer you calm and relaxation in the heart of the countryside. Located 5 minutes from the highway and 25 minutes from Puy du Fou, you will find all amenities 2 minutes away (supermarket, gas station, city center...) Independent access and autonomous arrivals at all times possible. Parking and private garden. I live on site, but the gîte at the back of my house remains independent and almost without any life.

Ideally located in the heart of the Vendée, the "Le Coteau de la Vouraie" cottage welcomes you in a green setting, with views of the fields just 200 m from Lac de la Vouraie. Close to major highways (A83 and 2x2) and halfway between the Vendée beaches and Puy du Fou, its ideal location will allow you to access many activities quickly. The "Le Coteau de la Vouraie" gîte is an old farmhouse of 150 m², renovated with exposed stones and beams.
