Recent remodeling, with a second phase yet to come... but already quite nice ! Quiet neighborhood, next to a forest, 10 min away from city center. We sometimes cross deers in the garden.

30 mn only from french resort " sept laux". 15 minutes from Grenoble and 20minutes from the famous spot st hilaire for paragliders. ideal to take a break before arriving to ski resorts. different lakes nearby..Bourget, Aix, Aiguebelette, Monteynard. The entire house is very calm with different parkings free. View is magnific for3 directions...regarding Belledonne and Chartreuse. You have Lidl, Carrefour ,Casino nearby and a Mac donald too. Crolles has a swimming pool and a skate park.
