We have made this house into a family home & are delighted to be able to share it with you. It is full of period charm, surrounded by vineyards & fully equipped to cater for everything you would want on your holiday. A true home away from home, just minutes from St Emilion & family lake beaches.

This calm and tranquil cottage is surrounded by vines, greenery and a private woodland allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay. This peaceful home can offer you nice walks and enjoyable evenings “en famille” or “entre amis” in the spacious garden or cosy terrace. Situated between the Bordeaux wine capital and the Dordogne valley and a short drive to St Emilion. Only 5 mins from local amenities.

Our cottage is ideally located in the town of Lamothe Montravel, at the crossroads of the vineyards of Bergerac and Bordeaux, on the right bank of the Dordogne, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the vineyard from its sunny terrace. 2 levels : the entrance door is located on the 2nd level : 2 bedrooms, toilet and bathroom. first level 8 steps , a large room with kitchen, dining area and living room ,a wood stove (only means of heating the house) wood provided.
