Numerous water and land activities in the area. Less than 1 hour's drive from La Rochelle, Île de Ré, Les Sables d'Olonne and Marais Poitevin. The cottage is located in an old farmhouse, in a village with all the essential shops (grocery store, bakery, butcher/delicatessen, 2 restaurants).

Beautiful luxury villa suitable for 8 people just 7km from the beaches of La Faute sur mer . you will be seduced by its 2400m2 exterior with its 10x5m saltwater swimming pool with its small beach suitable for the small one. its outdoor hut overlooking the pond to admire the sunsets . 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 kitchen open to living room, 1 dining room. enough to have a great vacation. Independent stone cottage in Villedoux

Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.
