My accommodation is in a quiet location surrounded by nature, close to horses, and offers a lovely view of the sunset. You can make use of the sauna. Private area available upon reservation. 5 minutes from La Roche-Bernard, a small tourist harbour. Beaches 20 mins away. Close to Lake Brière, the Morbihan Golf Course and the Côte de Jade. Refurbished in an original way.

Charming independent cottage with pool in a green setting without disturbance with unobstructed views of nature in a preserved environment. Gîte 1 "Terre du Mès" is intended for a couple (extra bed for 1 child). Ideal starting point for discovering our beautiful region, both on the sea side thanks to the proximity of the beaches, the salt marshes and to discover the great Brière (natural site). Located on the Guérande peninsula, 12 km from La Baule and 8 km from Guérande (medieval city).

In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Upstairs, a small attic bedroom with two single beds, a small dresser and storage drawers under a bed.
