Villa Cocoon, located 900 m from the beach and the center of La Baule. Everything on foot or by bike (2). Beautiful small atypical fully equipped luxury home for two people. Kitchen equipped with induction cooktop, dishwasher, combined oven, and integrated percolator coffee maker. The bed is on the mezzanine. This one has a very low ceiling, it's always warm! Terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs. Direct access to the heated pool and hammam. Ideal for a romantic getaway.

The wooden terrace is equipped with sun loungers, umbrella, teak table. The garden with fruit trees is completely enclosed and not overlooked. The lapping of the water in the goldfish pond contributes to the serenity of the garden. Beds are made upon arrival.

Quiet and renovated, sea view, 150 m from beach & center

Ker Biniou is a typical Gallic charming villa, ideally located 150m from the beach and the main avenue of La Baule. Very quiet, in an enclosed garden of 1000m2, it enjoys a small sea view. The 5 rooms recently renovated are very comfortable, 4 of them have their own bathroom. A beautiful covered terrace of 30 m2 opens the house to the garden facing south.
